P.T. Mitra Proteksi Madani (MPM) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 4 dated 2nd October 2014, made before Notary Hadijah SH, in Jakarta. The deed of establishment has been approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia by Decree Number: AHU-30337.40.10.2014 dated October 20, 2014.
Shareholders of P.T. MPM consists of 2 (two) parties:
- P.T. PNM Venture Capital 80%
- P.T. PNM Venture Syariah 20%
P.T. MPM has obtained the Business License from the Financial Services Authority, with Registration Number: Kep-487 / NB.1 / 2015 concerning the Granting of Business License in the Field of Insurance Broker.
P.T. MPM is a member of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage Companies of Indonesia (APPARINDO) with Registration Number: 211-2015 / APPARINDO / 2015.
