Mr. Khairul Fata joined PT Mitra Proteksi Madani (MPM) Insurance Broker in April 2022 and was appointed as Director. He is responsible for all operations at PT Mitra Proteksi Madani (MPM) Insurance Broker.
He has over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance and insurance brokerage industry, having previously served as division head, branch manager, and executive advisor at the insurance company PT Askrindo Syariah from 2013 to 2022, with his primary duties including providing technical and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and overseeing the technical, marketing, and operational performance of branch offices to ensure the achievement of the company’s sales, profit, and annual budget targets.
Mr. Khairul Fata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Jenderal Soedirman University in Purwokerto. He is also a certified professional in the insurance field, holding the titles of Indonesian Insurance Broker (APAI), Certified Insurance & Reinsurance Broker Indonesia (CIIB), and Associate Insurance Expert in Property and Casualty (AAAI-K).

Mr Akira Arifin Patiroi joined PT Mitra Proteksi Madani (MPM) Insurance Brokers in November 2015 and was appointed as General Manager – Technical Division. He is responsible for the management and overseeing the Technical Team including Underwriting Information Submissions to Insurers, Placement and Claims processes, Insurance Market Review and Tenders.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry, where he was previously an Account Officer for PT Jaya Fuji Leasing in 1997 – 1999 and as Foreign Business Development for Corporate Banking with PT Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) from 1999 – 2000.
Prior to joining MPM he was with the holding company PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) “PNM” in 2000 where he was Account Officer for Credit Program, then progressed his career with PNM as Marketing Manager at Regional Office and then became Branch Manager for Medan and Pekanbaru areas. In 2012 – 2015 was promoted to PT PNM Venture Capital as Division Head for Marketing. In total Akira has served more than 17 years with PNM.
Akira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Management from the University of Indonesia. He also has professional Insurance Qualifications Ahli Pialang Asuransi Indonesia (APAI) and Certified Insurance & Reinsurance Broker Indonesia (CIIB).
