Type Personal Accident Insurance
Scope of Coverage 24 Hours, 365 days, Indonesia Territory Jurisdiction Only
Policyholder Individual or Group
Insured Person Employee of PNM Persero and/or their families and/or relatives
Age Limit 17 years old up to 65 years old
Insurance Period 12 months
Benefits
  1. Accidental Death (AD)
  2. Permanent Disablement (Total/Partial)*
  3. Medical Expenses (max. 10% of benefits A/B) – MedEx
Extensions Coverage
  • Funeral Expenses (Max. IDR 5,000,000 per person)
  • Food and Drink Poisoning
  • Rehabilitation Expenses (including Orthesa & Prothesa due to accident only, with Max. IDR 5,000,000 per person)
  • Suffocation by smoke, poisonous fumes, gas and drowning
  • Strike Riot Civil Commotion and Terrorism Sabotage – As Victim
  • Transportation allowance due to accident Maximum IDR 500,000 per person
  • In-Patient for Common Illness (IDR 250,000 / day / person) max 5 days – excluding surgery, limited for:
    1. Dengue Blood Fever (DBD)
    2. Typhoid (Tyfus)
    3. Diarrhea / Internal Gastro / Digestive Disorder
    4. Asthma / Bronchitis (Respiratory)
    5. Influenza / Fever (Virus or infection)
Exclusions
  • Any consequence of war, civil war, invasion, revolution, insurrection, use military power or usurpation of government power
  • Biological, chemical or nuclear terrorism
  • Any criminal act
  • Intentional self-inflected injury, provoked assault, intoxication, alcohol / drugs abuse of any kind
  • Pregnancy, Childbirth, Miscarriage or any complication related thereto
  • Any prior disability / impairment condition
  • Dangerous sport activity
  • Offshore risks
  • Airline / Ship Crew
  • Underground / Underwater Mining

Note
  • Medical Expenses of max 10% of ADD Limit applies to both Option I and II
  • For Option II:
    1. if a member is hospitalized due to accident then they can claim up to 10% of ADD limit i.e. Limit ADD = IDR 50,000,000 x 10% = IDR 5,000,000
    2. if a member is hospitalized due to illness then they can only claim up to IDR 250,000 per day (Max IDR 1,250,000) under HCP limit but cannot claim under ADD Limit.
